You accept these terms and conditions by:

1. Payment of a lesson, whole term or a workshop either directly via the Esteem Yoga Studio website or a third party website and/or you and/or your child participating in a session.

2. When attending an Esteem Yoga lesson, whole term or a workshop, you agree that Esteem Yoga take no responsibility for the following:

   • ​Supervision for Preschoolers: All children must be supervised at all times by a parent/guardian during the session. Whilst Esteem Yoga aims to create a safe environment, we do use several products including fragrances, bubbles, colours & craft items that are not edible. Esteem Yoga are in no way responsible for any items that are placed in children's hands and mouths.

   • Injuries: We are not a registered childcare provider and we are not licensed to care for children without parental or guardian supervision. Please be aware that the yoga mats are non-slippery however someone may trip over them. Esteem Yoga accept no responsibility for injuries obtained by a child, parent and /or guardian at an Esteem Yoga session, either during, pre or post session.

   • Allergic reactions: We ask that prior to the session, you notify Esteem Yoga about any allergic reactions. Esteem Yoga are in no way responsible for any allergic reactions as a result of attending an Esteem Yoga session. Esteem Yoga creates activities that use fragrance, stationary, soap bubbles and such. We ask that parents & guardians assess the risk and suitability of each activity for their child, based on their individual health and abilities.

3. Food: Please ensure that if you are attending Esteem Yoga classes please do not bring any food within the area. No food or drink is to be consumed in the activity areas. Children can bring a bottle of water along.

4. Clothing: All children attending should wear comfortable clothing.

5. Shoes: Shoes and socks are to be left outside the entry door for hygiene purpose and to avoid any slipping on the floor.

6. Yoga Mats: Students are to bring their own yoga mats. if they don’t have one, we have some yoga mats available for hire on the day at $2/session.

7. Purchase Yoga Mats: Yoga mats are available for purchase at $20.00

8. Make-up Classes: We understand children get sick. We're happy to offer one make-up class per term

9. Make-up Classes Credit Duration: Any credit issued will be active for a 2 month (60 day) period and will thereafter expire if not used within this period.

10. Photography/Videography: We love to showcase the fun and excitement of our Esteem Yoga sessions. Photo release forms are provided to new Esteem Yoga attendees at each session. If you prefer not to have your child photographed, please don't fill out the form or let us know on the day. If you change your mind at any time after providing us with a photo release form, please let us know at an Esteem Yoga session, or by emailing us. By completing the photo release form, you agree to allow your and your child’s image or recording to be used by us for the purposes of displaying them on our website, promotional material and other platforms, and you assign your rights in any of these materials to us.

11. Workshop Cancellations: Esteem Yoga reserves the right to cancel any workshop session if the minimum numbers are not reached. Rescheduling to another date/time/venue or a refund will be offered only for these kind of occurrences.

12. Refused Entry: Esteem Yoga reserves the right to refuse a person entry to a session at their absolute discretion. If this occurs at a paid session, a full refund will be provided.

13. Lesson Cancellation: Esteem Yoga charges term fees 2 weeks in advance. Fees are calculated per term and payments will be deducted in advance at the start of school holidays before the next term starts. All payments are paid by direct debit and are non-contractual. Cancellations require 14 days notice to be given to Esteem Yoga. A cancellation form and a direct debit cancellation form would need to be completed.

14. Adult Yoga in Parks: Spots need to be pre-booked on the booking links updated on the website every week. If anyone wishes to cancel a pre-booked spot, please cancel at least 2 hours before the session start time, so in case if everyone is not able to make it, it would save us the trip. For cancellation notice of more than 2 hours, full session fee will be credited to your next session. If there are no pre-bookings for any session, we will cancel the session by 10pm the night before.

15. Adult Yoga 10 Session Pass: 10 session pass is valid for 90 days from date of purchase, can be used in any location. 10 pass ession card will be given to you when you 1st attend. Please bring your session card for us to mark it every-time you use the 10 pass.
