  • Esteem Yoga sessions are full of games, songs, stories, imaginative play and activities that engage children and give them the tools to feel calmer, happier, and more peaceful from within!

  • Kids yoga classes are so much fun but also filled with building important tools that children can carry with them including increased body awareness, strength, flexibility and self-calming / emotional regulation skills (via breathing and relaxation exercises). Yoga helps a positive thought process and in turn, helps your child build their self-esteem and confidence.

  • Just bring, sunscreen, a yoga mat, a bottle of water, hat and sunnies.

  • If you don’t have a yoga mat, we will have some available for hire on the day or you can purchase one from us.

  • Please only attend if your medical advisor has cleared you to practice yoga.

  • “The Amazing You program”. Each weekly session will revolve around different themes that target one aspect of mind and body. This empowers individuals practicing the program with knowledge about how their mind and body works and how the specific day’s practice is going to benefit them. For us yoga is not about being a beginner or an advanced practitioner, it’s about truly connecting with yourself and nature.
